Board Mandate
The Board of Directors’ role is to supervise and oversee the management of the business of Apivio Systems Inc. As part of its stewardship of Apivio Systems Inc. and in addition to its legal obligations, the Board has adopted a mandate which can be viewed here.
Compensation Committee
The Compensation Committee, under the supervision of the Board, has overall responsibility for recommending levels of executive compensation that are competitive and motivating in order to attract, hold and inspire the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, other senior officers and other key employees and consultants and for recommending compensation for directors. Audit Committee Charter
The Board of Directors have established an Audit Committee to assist it in monitoring the financial reporting and disclosure requirements and to provide oversight on the management of financial risks of the Corporation. The Audit Committee Charter can be viewed here.

Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct is our commitment to ethical principles and sets forth the responsibilities of Apivio Systems Inc. to its shareholders, employees, lenders and stakeholders. Our code of conduct addresses general business ethical principles, conflicts of interest, special ethical obligations for employees with financial reporting responsibilities, insider trading laws, reporting of any unlawful or unethical conduct, political contributions and other relevant issues.
